We make pure MAPLE SUGAR by heating and boiling our pure maple syrup until all water is removed. The only ingredient used is the full-flavored darker grade of syrup. After cooling, it is stirred and sifted leaving pure granulated maple sugar.
Use MAPLE SUGAR in the place of white or brown sugar in your favorite recipes, sprinkle it on hot or cold cereal or, use it to sweeten coffee and tea.
